The copyright year on this package is 1999. I have found several articles that list this as a Kay-Bee Toys Store exclusive. Sometimes spelled KBToys, KB-Toys, or KB-Toy store. It is not included in Mattel Vendor Catalog’s for 1998, 1999, nor 2000. All the outfits shown on the back of the box are 1999 so I am listing with 1999 Fashion Avenue.
