The copyright year on this package is 1998. I could not find any Mattel produced information on when this series was first sold in stores and it is not included in Mattel Vendor Catalog’s for 1998 or 1999. I originally listed with the 1998 Fashion Avenue lines, but after seeing the back of Item 23268 package (Thank you RoyaltyGirl) that show fashions from the 1999 USA Fashion Avenue Boutique and Teen Skipper lines I moved here.
