The copyright year on this package is 1999. I have found several articles that list this line as sold exclusively in Toys R Us stores. I cannot find information on when it was first sold in stores and it is not included in Mattel Vendor Catalog’s for 1999 or 2000, but it does use the 1990’s style package so I am listing with 1999 Fashion Avenue. This is the first of many Fashion Avenue multi-pack lines sold exclusively for the Toys ‘R Us retail stores in the USA.
