There are no line names on packages this year. My 1996 Mattel USA Vendor Catalog calls these fashions Fancy Frills. One of this years fashions was slightly altered and released as a non-Fashion Avenue Lingerie Fashion Europe and Canada exclusive. You can see it here.

There is no separate Lingerie line in the regular, sold at all stores, Fashion Avenue series, but there are lingerie and sleepwear fashions in both the Charm and Metro lines this year. There is a Toys ‘R Us Exclusive Fashion Avenue Lingerie Collection this year.
