This was first sold at Target in 2000. This date is listed by the Encyclopedia of Barbie Doll Exclusives book. The copyright year on the box is 1999, and the packaging uses the 1990s logo. However I am including with the 2000 Fashion Avenue lines because of the Encyclopedia of Barbie Doll Exclusives book.
