In 1998 Kelly has her own Fashion Avenue Line! Each fashion pack includes three coordinating outfits. Like Skipper and Ken, Kelly’s fashion packs are in packages with just her name, and no further individual line names. The Kelly Baby Sister of Barbie doll line background arches are sized differently and the back of the package shows four of the five different fashion packs in a circle on graphics with text background of pink and periwinkle.
